Four-roll sheet rolling mill (imported from Taiwan)
A four-roll calendering machine imported from Taiwan. During the calendering process, the rollers operate at a specific speed ratio, further kneading the rubber material and increasing its plasticity. Finally, it is passed through the minimum roll gap, being calendered into a film with a certain thickness and width; the sheet calendering machine is equipped with fully automatic curtain cloth hot pressing. The calendered film is smooth and bubble-free, ensuring the airtightness of the airbag product. The minimum thickness can be pressed to 0.3, with a control accuracy of ±0.02, thus ensuring the consistency of the product thickness.
