Performance parameters: Commonly used automotive air springs are divided into three types: diaphragm, bellows, and bladder. The main components are five types: upper cover, pressure plate, piston, stop, and retaining ring. The upper cover, pressure plate, piston, and capsule can form a closed system. Compressed gas (pressure 0.2~0.7MPa) is filled into the sealed air spring, and its spring function is realized by using the compressibility of the gas. The stiffness of the air spring can be adjusted by using a height adjustment valve to control the gas pressure in the bladder. When the load acting on the spring increases, the gas pressure increases, and the stiffness of the spring increases. Conversely, when the load decreases, the gas pressure in the spring decreases, and the stiffness decreases.
